VMoto (Super SOCO) TC Max Review (USA)

I’ve upgraded to the TC Max (see the specs below). It has a lot more power than the regular TC (my old bike), making it a significant upgrade in both performance and ride quality. This would be the equivalent of a 125cc and features a mid-drive motor, which provides better weight distribution and improved handling compared to hub motors.
One of the things I love about this bike is how effortlessly it keeps up with city traffic, making commuting much smoother. The instant torque from the electric motor means quick acceleration off the line, and with a top speed of 59 mph, I can even take short runs on the highway when needed. The lightweight frame and responsive hydraulic suspension make for a comfortable and controlled ride, whether navigating urban streets or open roads.
The battery is a 72V/45Ah polymer lithium unit, providing a solid range of up to 36 mile on a full charge, which is more than enough for daily commutes. With a charging time of just 4.5 hours, I can easily recharge it overnight or top it up during the day. The larger rear tire (120/70-17) offers great traction, while the 90/80-17 front tire ensures nimble handling. The high ground clearance and 35-inch seat height make it feel more like a traditional motorcycle rather than a small electric bike.
Overall, the TC Max is an excellent balance between performance, efficiency, and practicality. It’s fun to ride, easy to maintain, and a great step up from my previous bike.
